Leadership

After serving in a variety of roles on church staffs, Phillip followed God’s leading to plant Grace Collective Church in 2014.  He and his wife Anita were married in 1999 and are the proud parents of four children; Savannah Grace, Rylee, Mac, and Declan. The McCart family has called Rock Hill home since 2010.

David joined the GCC team in June, 2020. A native of the Sunshine State, David is a proud alumnus of the University of Florida. After several years of teaching and coaching, he has stepped into his calling to full-time ministry here at GCC. David leads our Worship & Student ministry teams. He and his wife Haley were married in 2021, and recently became parents to their daughter Paige.

Randi began attending GCC during her freshman year. While serving with GraceKids, and working with CentriKid Summer Camps, she realized her passion for working with children while pointing them towards the love of Christ. Randi became our Children's Ministry Director in 2019 after graduating from Winthrop University. Randi and her husband Mike were married in May 2023.

Anita has served on several church staffs and uses her talents to keep everyone and everything organized and on schedule. Anita is the wife of our pastor Phillip, and the mother of four amazing children. She is also a talented singer and baker. Anita enjoys making home-made cut-out decorative sugar cookies. Rock Hill has been home for the McCarts since 2010.
